receipt and notify Seller (thomasstation.com) within 72 hours of receipt
of shipment if:

shortages or discrepancies existing between the items charged to the
Buyer on the invoice and the goods actually received by the Buyer
- Any
damages to the product
If
notification of shortage, discrepancy, damage or other objection is not
received by Seller within the above time period, the Buyer shall be
deemed to have accept the goods as shipped. |
