All aboard everyone for our favorite #1
engine, Thomas the Tank Engine. He welcomes all of his friends "All
Aboard" as he steams across the nation visiting more than 45
heritage railroads in the United States and Canada as part of the Day
Out With Thomas™: The Leader of the Track Tour 2011.
Day Out with Thomas
is an exciting way for children and grown-ups to enter the world of Thomas
& Friends. The event provides an opportunity for little
engineers to ride on board a train pulled by Thomas the Tank Engine and
offers parents various photo opportunities.

Each of these events offers visitors a fresh and unique experience that
distinguishes the host U.S. railroads. Different forms of entertainment
- from petting zoos and pony rides to face-painting and magic shows -
make each Day Out with Thomas event special.

|
|
This fun-filled event offers preschoolers and their
families the opportunity to take a ride with a replica of Thomas
the Tank Engine, the star of the popular Thomas & Friends™ series.
The tour, now in its 17th year, will make stops in more than 45 US
cities and is expected to welcome more than one million passengers in
2011. This year also marks Thomas the Tank Engine’s 65th publishing
anniversary and fans are invited to partake in some choo choo-riffic
celebratory activities! |
