| CLOSE-OUTS/FINAL SALES |
| Close-out and/or Final Sales items are overstocked or discontinued merchandise from our warehouse inventory. This merchandise is in
good condition, however, the packaging may have some flaws when you receive it. Due to the tremendous savings passed on to you all close-out and final sale items are
excluded from our return policy and sales are final. All warranty
related issues will need to be handled directly with the manufacturer. |

| REFUSED
SHIPMENTS

| When a shipment is
refused, for any reason, the Bill To Party will be responsible for any
shipping charges (both ways) and any fees incurred in the handling of any
refused shipments.
Additionally, any shipment refused for delivery
without prior authorization from Guest Services could result in a 15%
restocking fee. |

| INTERNATIONAL
SHIPMENTS
|

Receiving international customers are responsible
for all taxes, duties, or delivery surcharges upon delivery of their
order. These costs vary by delivery country, and in certain countries
can range from 100% to 300% or more of the purchase price.
If an order delivery is refused by the customer or
undeliverable, the customer will be charged 100% of the order plus the
cost of shipping and the shipment will be treated as abandoned at the
port of delivery by the customer. Free shipping promotions do not
apply to orders with International ship to addresses.
All International Orders that request and approve
First Class USPS Shipping will do so at the Bill To Addressee's own
risk. Thomas Station will not be responsible for lost or
undelivered parcels. The Bill To Addressee will be responsible for
100% of the order plus the cost of shipping.

| PRICING
& ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
All orders placed on line are received into our
system as a request to order. We reserve the right to refuse
or cancel any order. An order is not considered accepted until we
issue an invoice and are in receipt of funds (Successfully charge credit
