Orders for each processing day will be processed in this order.  Therefore, all on-line orders will be processed before email orders and phone orders will be processed last.  When an order has been submitted to Thomas Station (even phone orders) the order enters a pending status.  We can not guarantee that every item in your order will be shipped until it has completed the ordering processing phase.  Your credit card will not be charge until we begin the order invoicing phase.

ORDERING BY MAIL OR FAX

Mail orders my be placed with a Money Order. Bank Guaranteed Check (all payable in U.S. Dollars), or Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, or JCB). Please do not send cash.  Include your daytime telephone number.

FAX orders may be sent to 909-931-4430 seven days a week, 24 hours a day.  Please be sure to include your credit card number, expiration date, as well as phone or FAX number on the Order Form.

PAYING BY MONEY ORDER OR BANK CHECK

We only accept Money Orders or Bank Guaranteed Check.  You must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order that the funds have been placed in the mail otherwise you order will be canceled..

Cash/C.O.D. DELIVERIES

THOMAS STATION does not offer a cash or C.O.D. delivery option.
