days that a shipment will take to arrive (shipping via UPS Ground) after it
leaves our warehouse. When calculating transit time, do not include the
day your package ships and/or the day that you place the order. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday and
UPS does not guarantee delivery times for residential deliveries. Also,
you need to consider that your order will not necessarily ship the same day
that you place your order. We will make every effort to ship your
order as soon as possible and you will receive an email on the day our
order ships with your UPS tracking number. |

Non-Continental US
Shipments
Orders that have Ship To addresses outside the
Continental United States will usually be shipped by the US Postal
Service. Please allow additional time if your order ships to
P.O. Box, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Other US Territories, APO or FPO addresses. The
Shipping Charges listed above are estimates only for these address. If the actual
shipping charge for your order is greater then the estimate provided, we
will send you an email with the actual shipping charges for your order. Your will need to
provide a confirmation of these shipping charges before the processing of
you order will be completed and shipped. If you do not respond with in 5 business
days from our email notification date you order will be canceled.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
UPS 3 Day Select
(In Stock Items Only)
$25.00 will be added in addition to the standard charge for each shipping address
within the US 48 states requested with Express Delivery. Express Delivery orders placed before noon (PST) on a business day will
usually be shipped the same day. All
other orders may be shipped the following business day.
THOMAS STATION also offers UPS 2ND DAY DELIVERY or UPS NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Contact Guest Services at 800-890-2087
for shipping charges quotes.
THOMAS STATION ships most orders
VIA UPS which requires a SHIP TO street address. UPS does not ship to PO
Box addresses.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Please verify the accuracy of the address information on your order. If the carrier must make an address correction, this delays the delivery of
your order by several days, may make the package undeliverable or may incur additional shipping charges. UPS charges $5.00 for address
corrections for UPS Ground and $10.00 for EXPRESS DELIVERY. This charge will be passed along to you if the address that you provided
results in an additional charge to Thomas Station. |

BILLING ADDRESS
The billing address you provide must be the address
that is on file with your credit/debit card issuer. Incorrect street
address or zip code information nullifies any guaranteed delivery date and
could delay in the processing of your order. |

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The shipping charges for international orders are
estimates only. Upon receiving your order our Guest Services
Department will provide you via email the exact shipping charges for your
order. You will need to provide us with a confirmation of these new
charges before we will charge your account for your purchase with the
revised shipping charges. If you do not respond with in 3 business
days from our email notification you order will be canceled.
Our prices do not include brokerage fees, duties or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who
will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this in mind when shipping a gift item to a destination outside the U.S.

Refused Shipments

| When a shipment is refused, for
any reason, the Bill To Party will be responsible for any shipping charges
(both ways) and fees incurred in the handling of any refused shipments.
Additionally, any shipment refused for delivery
without prior authorization from Guest Services could result in a 15%
restocking fee. |
