OFFICIAL RULES:

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This promotion is open to residents of the continental United States, 18 years of age or older. Employees of Thomas Station ("Sponsor") and their respective parents, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and the immediate families of such employees (husband, wife, father, mother, children and siblings) are not eligible to enter to win prizes. Void where prohibited by law.

2. ENTRY. Complete the official entry form available at Thomas Station.  Official entry form will only be distributed to those eligible at the conclusion of the program beginning with Week 1 (See Schedule for exact dates).  All entries must be received by Week 11 at the conclusion of the last schedule 2007 Reading Program event.  One entry per family, per Reading Program event.  No Facsimiles or reproductions of entries will be accepted. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of sponsor and will not be returned.

3. DRAWING. Winners will be selected via a random drawing on Week 11 (See Schedule for exact dates) on/or about August 30, 2007. Thomas Station will conduct drawing at the end of the program. Winners will be notified by telephone and confirmed by mail by September 8, 2007 if not present at the time of drawing.

4. PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING: Grand Prizes :  The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

5. CONDITIONS: All unspecified expenses relative to participation in Sweepstakes (including all cost associated with acceptance, possession or Use/misuse of prize) are the sole responsibility of winner. Prize is not Transferable. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize except at the Discretion of sponsor, for a prize of comparable value due to unavailability of Prize for any reason. One prize per family based on first entry drawn.  Any subsequent entries drawn will be considered null and void.  Winner is solely responsible For any state, local and/or federal taxes on prize.

6. ENTRANT AGREES (A) to these Official rules and the decisions of the independent Judging, which are final and binding in all respects, (B) to release and hold Harmless Sponsor and their affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, and Employees of any liability whatsoever arising from his/her participation in the Drawing or acceptance of use/misuse of the prize; (C) to the use of his/her Name, address, photograph, or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes, and any and all rights to said use without
compensation, where permitted by Law.
