within 30 days (video, software and electric trains have a shorter
period, see invoice) of the estimated delivery date of your merchandise, simply return your purchase for a prompt exchange or refund. The item
must be returned in its still unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Certain items will have a limited and more conditional return policy
that will be disclosed on the invoice for your shipment.
To expedite your return or exchange, please contact Guest Services at 800-890-2087 to obtain a Return Authorization Number
(RMA). If the
return meets the above conditions we will happily credit your original payment method less the shipping and handling charge within 30
days of your estimated delivery date.
