To assistance you with any of the Voluntary Product Recalls
regarding Thomas & Friends merchandise, we are providing the
following information.

We
at Thomas Station want to assure you, our valued customer, that we
have taken all the necessary steps to protect your family and that
corrective actions have been taken immediately once we are notified
of any recall situation.
When
we receive the official notification from one of our vendors we take
the following actions:

All
remaining inventory of any recalled products are removed from
our site, our store's shelves, the Thomas Station distribution
center and our warehouse. These products are returned to
the responsible vendor for disposal.

web site will be immediately updated to reflect the latest
recall information regarding any Thomas & Friends
Merchandise and provide you with the most accurate information
regarding the specific recall.

If
you have any questions regarding recall items, you may contact

that you may have regarding Thomas & Friends merchandise.

Remember it is very important to review all
of the information that the Manufacturer and the U.S. Consumer
Product Safety Commission (CPSC) provide regarding each recall.
According to the CPSC site, there have been no
Incidents/Injuries reported as a result of these recalls and the
manufacturers have committed themselves to contacting those
involved, finding out how it happened, and developing and
implementing action plans to prevent it from occurring in the
future.
When the CPSC issues a Voluntary Recall, there is no need to discard
all of the products from any one product line. If there is any
question as to the safety of any product or if it part of a recall,
it is always best to contact the Customer Service Department of the
manufacturer to get accurate information to make the best decision
for your child and family. If you are not sure who the manufacturer
is of a
specific Thomas & Friends product, feel free to
contact our Guest Service Department for assistance. We will
be able to direct you to the correct manufacturer.
